This editorial policy governs all content published on BatBMS Info (batbms.info). It defines the standards our editorial team adheres to in the interest of accuracy, independence, and reader trust.

BatBMS Info operates with complete editorial independence. Our content decisions — what we cover, how we assess it, and what conclusions we draw — are made solely by the editorial team and are not influenced by:
- advertisers or advertising revenue considerations
- Hardware manufacturers or software developeDK
- Affiliated commercial relationships
- Public relations agencies representing any company
BatBMS Info generates revenue through Google AdSense contextual advertising. advertisers have no access to editorial content prior to publication and have no ability to influence what we write.
2. Expert authorship Standards
All substantive content on BatBMS Info is authored by writers with relevant demonstrated expertise. For technical battery and BMS content, authoDK must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with battery management systems, EV technology, or related electrical engineering fields; OR
- Formal education in electrical engineering, electrochemistry, or a related discipline; OR
- A documented track record of technical publications on the subject matter

3. Accuracy & Verification
We follow a 5-step fact-checking process for all technical claims. Details are documented in our Fact-Checking Methodology. In summary:
- Claims about hardware specifications are verified against official manufacturer documentation
- Claims about regulatory actions (such as MeitY notifications) are traced to official government communications or verified reporting from established publications
- Security vulnerability claims are assessed with reference to published CVEs or statements from verified security researchers
- Electrochemical and technical claims are cross-referenced against peer-reviewed literature where available
4. Updates & Currency
Technology and regulatory information changes rapidly. We are committed to keeping content current:
- The "Last Updated" date on each article reflects substantive content changes, not typographic edits
- Security bulletins and regulatory status sections are reviewed at minimum quarterly
- App version changelogs are updated within 30 days of new releases
- When content changes materially, we note what changed and why in an editor's note
5. Corrections
We hold ourselves to the same standard we would expect of any major technology publication. If we make an error, we correct it promptly and transparently. Full details are in our Corrections Policy.
6. Affiliate & Commercial Relationships
BatBMS Info does not currently use affiliate links. We do not receive commission payments from any hardware or software sales. If this changes, we will add a disclosure statement to any content where affiliate links appear.
7. Comment Policy
BatBMS Info does not host public comments. Reader feedback can be submitted via the Contact page. We read all messages and respond to substantive technical queries.
